Sverdrup Engineering Services (SES) is an engineering and architecture firm focused on providing high end architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Instrumentation and Control services. SES was founded in 2012 with a determination to provide high quality architectural and engineering services at an affordable price tag. SES focus is on small to mid-size projects.

Rose handles invoicing, payments, and payroll. Since employees can live anywhere in the US, she continues to enhance her knowledge of the different state payroll tax variations as new employees join the team. She also runs the human resource benefits programs for the company, finding ways to keep improving benefits for our highly valued employees. Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
Eric leads an energetic team of engineers, designers, and architects in building design, remodels, commercial and industrial projects, renewable energy systems, substations, and powerlines. His background is in electrical engineering and he has professional engineering licenses in several countries including the United States and Canada. He prioritizes understanding the goals of every client so he and his team can deliver a successful project. Outside of work Eric enjoys snow skiing, water sports, and hiking.
Shawn has 9+ years of engineering experience primarily in the industrial, utilities, and renewable energy sectors. His expertise includes low & medium voltage distribution design, substation design, photovoltaic site analysis & design, and power systems analyses. From feasibility through construction, he works with clients to provide high quality, code compliant, and cost-effective designs. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and surfing.
In his 38 years of experience, Glenn has participated in just abut every facet of design, from civil and physical design for electrical substations and switchyards to residential and large scale solar renewable energy. He has been involved with designing facilities across the United States as well as Egypt, Colombia, and Canada to name a few. Glenn prefers to spend time with his family during his time off and pursues interests in gardening and creating functional art from steel and stone.
Eric is adept with utility design and development. He enjoys master planning and bringing projects from the planning stage to fruition. He has a versatile toolbox to creatively put a dream into design stages and bring it through permitting. During time away from work Eric is active in the community well-being, plays card games, bowls, and participates in volleyball in many different ways.
Robert brings 26 years of experience in civil, structural and mechanical engineering design to satisfy both the design team’s objectives and the client’s needs. He is keen on the multidisciplinary approach to engineering and has been involved in the design and construction of infrastructure for housing, manufacturing, mining and energy recovery. Beyond work Robert enjoys biking, playing soccer, visiting museums and spending time with family.
Julie is an Architect with over 29 years of experience in many building types in all aspects of the profession. She grew up in Canada, earning her Master’s Degree in Architecture at the University of Manitoba and is licensed in both the United States and Canada. Outside of work, Julie enjoys kickboxing having earned an orange belt in Krav Maga, spending time with her family and cooking. When she has the time, she likes to travel with her family.
Austin graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2016 with a BS in EE. He programs protection relays, runs arc-flash studies, does site coordination studies, performs soil resistivity testing and grounding studies, runs lighting studies, as well as project design work. Outside of work Austin enjoys golfing, wakeboarding, and snowboarding.
Jonathan graduated from Brigham Young University in 2021 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Jonathan brings his field experience as an Electronic Technician and Fire Alarm Technician to the company which jump-starts his work experience into designing electrical systems. Outside of work Jonathan enjoys wood working, rock climbing, boxing, and Star Wars.
Leonard has been working in the profession of Architecture for the past 7+ years. In that time, he has worked on projects at a variety of scales; from large institutional/educational buildings to small residential additions. He enjoys solving unique problems using unique solutions and sees existing project constraints as possibilities for inspiration as opposed to impediments. While not at work, Leonard enjoys hiking, traveling, sketching, and spending time with his family & friends.
