P&C Relay Upgrade for 96MVA Gas Generator

Design new protection relay panel including relay selection and panel layout for Unit 1, a 96MVA gas generator. Demo existing ABB relays and replace with state of the art SEL relays for generator protection, transformer differential, metering, and feeder protection; SEL 300G, SEL 787, SEL 700G, SEL-735. Update the existing 86 lockout relays and replace out of date test switches. Review function of existing Agastat time delay relays and eliminate relays by incorporating operation into new relays. Create settings files for new relays, upload and test relay for functionality. Commission system and oversee start up. Drawings include; single line diagram, three-line diagrams, elementary diagrams, connection drawings, panel elevations, etc.
